Option 1

2 tablespoons of oatmeal

1 tablespoon of honey

Option 2

30 g of oats

125 ml of yogurt (natural or strawberry)

3 strawberries

1 tablespoon of honey

Option 3

1 tablespoon of oatmeal;

3 tablespoons of milk;

1 tablespoon of baking soda.

2 tablespoons of oatmeal

1 tablespoon of raw sugar

3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Mix the ingredients and apply to the entire face region in small circular motions throughout the skin. When finished, the face should be washed completely with cold water. After this, a good moisturizer should be applied to the skin to restore elasticity and make the skin more beautiful and healthy.

Aside from cleansing the skin, it is very important to apply a toner to balance the skin's pH, apply a moisturizer after bathing, and use sunscreen every day.

The exfoliation can be done during the bath, once a week. This is indicated for all types of skin, however, you should avoid generating friction on reddened skin affected by the sun and also in the case of inflamed pimples, in order not to aggravate the inflammation of the skin.

The skin should not be exfoliated every day because the outermost layer needs to regenerate, taking about 5 days to be ready for a new exfoliation. Performing more than 1 exfoliation a week can weaken the skin and make it thinner, generating a greater susceptibility to aggressions caused by the sun, wind, cold or heat.
