There are customs that we apply daily and they aren’t really good for our health.

EAT A LOT OF SWEET FOR BREAKFAST

Remember that sweets or cereals are full of sugar and carbohydrates. They might be delicious, but as soon as your blood sugar drops, you'll feel hungry and irritated. Fruit will help quell sugar cravings while also providing healthy fat and protein.

HAVE BREAKFAST EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and on this we agree. Similarly, there are people who prefer to maintain intermittent fasting and it doesn’t mean that it’s wrong. Intermittent fasting helps you lose weight, reduce inflammation, maintain good cardiovascular health, and stabilize your blood level.

So, if it’s your decision and you feel comfortable and with that, there is nothing wrong with fasting every other day.

DO NOT TRAIN IN THE MORNING

Exercising in the morning increases blood flow in the body, which translates into increased energy without the need for caffeine. If you train too late, you compromise the recovery phase due to the adrenaline you just gave your body, while training in the morning helps improve your quality of sleep.

DRINK COFFEE LOADED WITH CALORIES AND SUGAR

Remember that coffees with sugar, cream, syrup, caramel or similar are full of calories and that without counting those for breakfast. Most sugars and preservatives leave you hungry, so it’s normal to eat something heavier despite having exceeded the amount of calories corresponding to a meal.
