Delicious tuna pie with Zucchini

This recipe that we bring you today is a very healthy and balanced option to enjoy at lunch or dinner

It is a very light and healthy dish, so it is ideal to incorporate into your low calorie diet.

Step by Step

  1. We preheat the oven to 200ºC
  2. We wash the zucchini well, dry it and cut it into slices about half a centimeter thick
  3. We wash the tomatoes and open them in half, remove the seeds and cut them into half-centimeter cubes.
  4. Grease a container for the oven with a little extra virgin olive oil, place a layer of zucchini slices, lightly salt, cover with half of the chopped tomato and also salt it, spread a drained tuna can on top and water with a I beaten egg. We repeat with a layer of zucchini, tomato, tuna and the other egg. Remember to lightly salt the zucchini and tomato when we place it
  5. Sprinkle with the oregano and spread the grated cheese on top.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC in the middle oven position, after that time, remove the paper and grill for 5 more minutes with the grill at 250ºC so that it browns well on top.
