However, they should be eaten with caution because their excessive ingesting can be dangerous for you body.
- They have complex carbohydrates that we don't have in many foods.
- Beans have a great level of fiber.
- Low content of fat, sodium and cholesterol.
- They give big quality protein to complement diet (ideal for vegan diets).
- Contain minerals such as iron, copper and nickel, also, the have carotenoids and vitamin B1; so, they can complete the diet very well.
- Sometimes beans cause flatulence and Stomach heaviness. These are not recommended. on people with stomach diseases.
- They have a great cooking time.
- Beans contain elements such as lecithin and fibrates that are dangerous to health, but these problems are solved with a good cooking.
As you can see, the benefits are greater than the disadvantages. Are important incorporate beans into the diet two or three times a week to have a nutritional balance.
