Enjoy this delicious energizing drink with spirulina
Spirulina, combined with nuts and yogurt, is the ideal ingredient for a delicious smoothie with incredible textures, which also provides energy and strengthens your health.
Pour 3/4 cup of yogurt into a bowl and add 1-2 teaspoons of spirulina.
Mix until all lumps of powder have completely disappeared and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ¼ cup of yogurt with the granola and 3-4 strawberries, cut into small cubes. Stir well and reserve.
You can add 1 tablespoon of dried chia seeds to granola. The moisture in the yogurt will make the seeds take the consistency of gelatin, therefore it is not necessary to hydrate them previously.
Pour a layer of yogurt with spirulina into a glass, then a layer of the granola mixture and finally add another layer of yogurt with spirulina until the glass is full. Decorate the smoothie with sliced strawberries.
