1. Pineapple and orange juice

INGREDIENTS
2 glasses of water
2 pineapple wheels
1 orange with the bagasse
Juice of 1 lemon
PREPARATION
Beat all the ingredients in the blender, strain and drink daily, 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening.
2. Oatmeal water with cinnamon
Oats together with cinnamon contain excellent properties to lower both triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood, thanks to its high fiber content that helps reduce the absorption of fats in the intestine and even regulate blood sugar, and in the case of cinnamon, its high content of antioxidants.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of rolled oats
500 ml Water
1 stick of cinnamon
PREPARATION
Mix the oat flakes with the water and the cinnamon stick, and let the mixture rest overnight. The next day the mixture should be strained and then drunk. Take every day, preferably on an empty stomach.
With the cinnamon you can also prepare a cinnamon tea or add it in powder in desserts or in oatmeal for breakfast, for example.
3. Beet juice with apple
The beet is a vegetable with a high fiber content like the apple, so it helps reduce both triglycerides and bad cholesterol, as well as eliminating and cleaning the body thanks to its high content of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

2 apples
The juice of 1 lemon
1 small piece of ginger
