How to lower sugar naturally?

1. Sage tea

 Place 2 tablespoons of dried sage leaves in 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Take up to 2 times a day.

2. Carqueja tea

To prepare the tea, 10 grams of Carqueja should be placed in 500 ml of boiling water, letting it rest for 10 minutes. You can take up to 3 cups a day.

4. Melon tea

Place 1 tablespoon of dried bitter melon leaves in 1 liter of boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes, strain and drink throughout the day.

6. Insulin plant tea

Place 2 tablespoons of vegetable insulin in 1 liter of water, place over medium heat until it boils. Remove from the heat and let the infusion rest for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 2 to 3 times a day.

7. Cinnamon tea

To prepare the cinnamon tea, 3 cinnamon sticks should be placed in a pot with 1 liter of water, bring to medium heat until it boils for 5 minutes. Then turn off and cover the pot until lukewarm, you can drink this tea several times a day.

8. Moringa tea

Place 250 ml of water in a pot over medium heat until it boils, add 1 tablespoon (10g) of moringa leaves, cover and let it steep for 5 minutes, strain and drink 2 cups a day.
