LemonGrass tea for muscle aches.

This plant has a wide variety of benefits for our health. Today we will explain how you can use it.

To combat muscle aches, you can prepare a cup of tea and drink it or prepare compresses and apply to the affected area. Both strategies serve to combat these annoyances.

LemonGrass Tea.

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

1. In a saucepan bring the water to a boil

2. Add the Lemon Gras leaves to the boiling water.

3. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.

4. Let it steep for 5 minutes and your Lemon Gras tea is ready to drink.

LemonGrass Compress

You can use the same tea that you prepared previously and dip a piece of clean cloth in it. Then apply to the sore region. Leave on for at least 15 minutes.
