Sirtfood diet promises to lose up to 3 kilos per week.

This diet has made a leap to fame because it was used by certain celebrities like Adele or Pippa Middleton.

This diet is a revolutionary method to gain health and lose weight. It was created by Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten, who present and endorse the existence of very special foods, the so-called Sirtfoods.

These foods favor the action of sirtuins, proteins that are associated with the SIR (Silent Information Regulators) genes and protect cells when they are subjected to stress, while reducing inflammation, activating metabolism and delaying the process of aging.

Studies support that sirtuins improve the body's ability to burn fat and allow weight loss without loss of muscle mass. The Sirtfood diet was developed and tested in one of London's most exclusive health and fitness clubs, and until very recently it has been a closely guarded secret.

Many authors do not agree with this diet as it restricts daily calorie consumption to 1000cal in the first week, which is a very poor limit. These calories are divided into three vegetable juices and a single meal that can include turkey, chicken, noodles, or parsley.
