Discover why it's so important include in your diet the vitamin C

Vitamin C or also called Ascorbic Acid, is a water-soluble vitamin, which is necessary for normal growth and development of the body

The water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water. Leftover amounts of the vitamin leave the body through urine. Although the body stores a small reserve of these vitamins, they have to be taken regularly to avoid their decrease in the body.

  2. It serves to heal wounds and form new tissue in scars.
  3. Repairs and maintains cartilage, bones and teeth
