Ingredients

3 to 4 grams of plantain leaves

240 mL of water

Preparation

Place the leaves in 1 cup of boiling water, let it steep for 3 minutes. Drink warm 3 to 4 times a day.  Do not stop preparing it in a few days you will see the results.
