Learn to do an easy and fast banana flan with only 3 ingredients

The banana is a very rich fruit for its flavor and widely used in sweets and cakes

Today we will teach you a recipe that is solved in a short time and you will have a delicious banana flan in minutes.

For this recipe it is very important to keep in mind that the bananas are ripe, so that an ideal consistency is obtained and it is much sweeter. It is also recommended so that the flavor of our flan is better felt.



  1. Prepare a pot with two cm of water, place the peeled bananas and we will cook them briefly for about 5 minutes.
  2. Then prepare the blender, we place the bananas and add the rest of the ingredients. We blend until we have a uniform preparation.
  3. Take the mold, with a little sugar and prepare the caramel, it must be completely caramelized.
  4. Pour the contents into the container, cook in a bain-marie for 45 minutes, you can do it in the oven or in a pot that works as an oven, and your banana flan is ready!
