Preparation

  1. Wash the cucumber very well and cut it into slices. Do not remove the crust
  2. Do the same with lemons. You can use a mixture of lemons and limes.
  3. Next, put all the water in a jug and add all the ingredients inside, the cucumber, the lemon, the mint leaves and the ginger.
  4. Let the lemon cucumber water rest overnight so that the ingredients release their flavor and properties.
