Ingredients
Sweet and sour sauce
100 ml water
1 tsp cornmeal
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Coconut sauce
200 ml coconut milk
1 tsp curry
Salad
1 mango
1 large chicken breast
Mezclum green leaves (varied to your liking)
Peanuts or walnuts
Salt pepper
Olive oil

dilute the cornmeal in the water in a glass until there are no lumps. Reserve. In a saucepan add the rest of the ingredients and stir for a couple of minutes over medium heat, add the water with flour and stir until it thickens. Reserve.
Mix the coconut milk well with the curry and bring to a boil. Remove and reserve.
Chop and sauté the mango in a frying pan with some oil.
Season the chopped chicken and in the same pan, sauté until it is well browned.
To assemble the salad, first place the mixture and lightly dress, stir. On top, place the pineapple and the chicken. Add sweet and sour sauce and coconut sauce to taste of each.
Finally, add the peanuts or walnuts depending on the amount you prefer.
