This recipe is simpler than you imagine. It is a good option to enjoy for breakfast when you don't have much time in the morning to prepare something to eat

Step by step

  1. In a glass with a lid, add the milk, chia seeds and cinnamon and mix well. Then add the oats and mix well, making sure they are well covered by the milk.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight
  3. The next morning, with the help of a fork, mash the banana, add it to the container and mix very well.
  4. Add fresh fruit, peanut butter, or nuts and enjoy.

It is recommended to consume the next day although it can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days.
