The best satiating drink based on chia

Chia seeds come from the Hispanic sage plant, native to central and southern Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. It's one of the plant species with the highest concentration of omega 3 fatty acid.

Today we will explain how to make a refreshing and healthy chia water. This drink is widely consumed in Central America for its great benefits.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Soak the seeds in half a liter of water for 1 hour.
  2. Mix the rest of the water with the lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Mix everything and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before consuming.
  4. Before serving, stir to mix the seeds.
