An excellent source of vitamin B-6 and omega-3 is salmon. Its high content of these vitamins makes it a completely balanced dish. Today we will teach you how to make an easy and delicious recipe of salmon curry so that you can delight your palate in the first bite.




Step by step

  1. We peel and crush the garlic cloves in a mortar.
  2. Add the previously washed and chopped parsley together with the teaspoon of curry powder, a spoonful of olive oil and a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
  3. Crush again until it becomes a kind of paste.
  4. Cover the salmon with the mixture that we have prepared with our hands.
  5. Place the salmon fillets face up (with the skin facing down) in a container previously greased with a little olive oil.
  6. Pour a dash of olive oil over the salmon, cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. After this time, heat a few drops of olive oil on the griddle or in a frying pan and when it is hot, seal the salmon on both sides until the inside is just right.
  8. Remove and serve immediately with a side dish to complete the dish.
