The paneer cube is really cool. This recipe is perfect to taste this delicious cheese. You will find that they will melt in your mouth. To get smooth panels, you need to soak them in hot water for 10-15 minutes.

These cubes will then become tender and absorb all the seasonings. Never use frozen panels directly. You need to put it in hot water or wait until it reaches room temperature.

Step by Step

Soak paneer

  1. Cut the paneer / cottage cheese into nice cubes.
  2. Soak them in hot salted water for 15 minutes.

Grinding

  1. Meanwhile, dry roast the fennel seeds and cardamom and turn them into a powder.

Marinate

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add the hanging yogurt, and mix until smooth.
  2. Add black salt, chat masala, fennel and cardamom powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder, cashew powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, red food coloring, lemon juice, garlic paste, and ginger, sugar and mix well.
  3. Add a cube of soaked paneer. Mix again and leave for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Frying

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and carefully add the marinade.
  2. Fry over medium heat until the oil comes out or until the marinade dries.
