It is a light and nutritive dish that consists of raw fish, accompanied by vegetables and sauces, on a rice or quinoa base.
Ingredients for 2 people.
200 g of fresh salmon (already cleaned)
150 g of rice
1/2 avocado
1/2 carrot
1/2 cucumber
1/2 mango
wakame seaweed
1 and 1/2 radish
1/2 chives
2 tablespoons soy sauce
roasted sesame seeds
grated fresh ginger (one cm)
Preparation.
1. Cut the salmon into cubes and put them in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, the grated ginger and the thinly sliced chives, mix everything and let it marinate.
2. Cook the rice only with water and salt.
3. Cut the cucumber and avocado into slices and the mango into cubes.
4. Peel the carrot and cut it into small sticks
5. Divide the rice into 2 bowls. Top with the marinated fish, the mango, the radishes, the cucumber, the carrot and the avocado, the finely chopped seaweed.
