Pineapple is a fruit that has a very important nutritional load of antioxidant, a fundamental substance to fight free radicals in your body. These are components that are present in many diseases and in the aging processes. Therefore, this nutritious Snack will keep your body healthy and strong.



  1. Peel and cut the pineapple into long strips. Reserve.
  2. Mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon on a plate and stir well.
  3. Batter the pineapple strips in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  4. Once coated, store it in the fridge for 30 minutes so that it absorbs the mixture well.
  5. Preheat a grill over medium heat and add a few drops of virgin olive oil. When the grill is hot, place the pineapple strips and turn them over so that they are done on all sides, making sure they do not burn.
  6. Once done, you can sprinkle a little more cinnamon powder. Serve them hot.
