Ingredients

  1. We put a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and fry 1 garlic.
  2. Add 10 sliced mushrooms and fry them for about 5 minutes.
  3. On the other hand, we prepare the rest of the ingredients to grind them in a food processor.
  4. Add all the ingredients, except the mushroom sauce, in the processor and blend until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  5. Separately fry a laminated mushroom for the final decoration
  6. Add the mushroom sauce with garlic and rosemary to the base of the Hummus and grind again with breaks to leave some pieces of mushrooms in the mixture.
  7. For the final decoration we will place the sliced mushrooms on the Hummus
