Today we bring you this delicious recipe for apple and caramel yogurt so that you can enjoy it in the tranquility of your home

Ingredients (for 6 yogurts)

Preparation:

We peel the apples, remove the core and cut them in small pieces. We put them in a microwave-safe container and covered, and cook them in the microwave for 10, or until the apple is very tender.

We put the milk in a large jug, add the yogurt, powder milk and sugar and stir well until everything is well mixed and dissolved.

We put in the bottom of the yogurt glasses a good portion of liquid caramel and apple puree made in the microwave. Fill the glasses with milk, plug in and leave overnight.

The next morning, we put them in the fridge for a few hours and they will be ready to eat.
