1 zucchini
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 tomato
100g of beef fillet in strips
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Step by Step
Cut the zucchini strips lengthwise with the help of a grater and then cutting the strips lengthwise with a knife to make them look like noodles.
You can use them raw or steam them for 2 minutes. It all depends on how crispy or soft you prefer them.
Cut the red pepper into strips and dice the onion and garlic.
Heat a pan with the oil and add the strips of beef fillet, sauté for a minute while stirring so that it changes color and add the garlic, onion and pepper.
Chop the tomato into small cubes and add to the pan with the rst ingredients. After 5 min, add the curry and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the zucchini noodles and mix again.
