Step by Step

  1. We wash and cut the zucchini into centimeter slices. Heat a grill type plate (to avoid using oil) and mark the zucchini for about two minutes on each side.
  2. Meanwhile we prepare the dressing by mixing the oil with a little lemon zest and two teaspoons of juice. Add a little cardamom, salt, and black pepper and beat until smooth.
  3. We place the salad by placing the zucchini slices in a bowl with the crumbled feta cheese on top, fresh mint leaves (quantity to taste) and sprinkling with the sesame seeds. We water with the dressing and serve.
