The brownies that we will teach you to prepare today are perfect for maintaining a healthy diet, as well as having a very peculiar and delicious flavor. The proportion of these brownies are for approximately 12 servings so it is ideal to share with the whole family.

½ cup tahini, plus ¼ cup for drizzling on top
3 eggs
½ cup agave nectar or honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon of baking soda
½ cup chocolate chips
1/3 of cup of half an orange crumbled
Step by Step
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine tahini, eggs, and liquid sweetener of choice in food processor.
Add cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, spices, and vanilla.
Transfer this mixture to an 8 × 8-inch baking dish, or a circular cake pan if you don't have a square plate handy.
Add the chocolate chips (if you use them). Then crumble half of the mixture, letting it sit on top of the dough or just below the surface.
Lay the tahini evenly over the top of the dough. If you want, you can stir the top layer with a spoon.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and cool for 30 minutes to an hour.
