GRANOLA BARS

This incredible recipe is very easy to make and doesn’t have many ingredients for its preparation

Ingredients

1 Cup of oatmeal

1 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup chocolate drops

1/4 Cup of almonds (can be coconut or raisins)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup of honey.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C - Place the oats and sesame on a baking sheet (leave in the oven for 4 to 6 minutes to toast)
  2. In a bowl, mix the honey and brown sugar. Cook the mix for one minute over low heat. Pour in the oats, sesame, the chocolate drops, the almonds, the grated coconut, the raisins and mix well
  3. In a mold covered with waxed paper, place the mixture of ingredients and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the Refrigerator and cut the Granola into small bars. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes. Take them out and store them in a container.
