Homemade icecream. Wonderful option for share with your family.

This recipe is ideal so that you can make it at home.

You can do it when you plan a movie night at home, enjoy a delicious dessert with a friend or prepare it and leave it ready for when you want.



2 cups of evaporated milk
2 cup heavy cream
1 cup of sugar
1 spoon of vanilla
8 egg whites
a pinch of salt


  1. Beat the egg whites and sugar with the help of a whisk for several seconds. Then add the pinch of salt and vanilla.
  2. Continue beating until the mixture turns a pastel yellow color.
  3. Add the heavy cream and evaporated milk. Beat for another few minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the mixture into a plastic container and place it in the freezer. Every 45 minutes, stir the preparation so that it freezes slowly and is much smoother and creamier. Repeat this 5 times.
  5. If you want a more consistent texture, you should leave it overnight.
  6. When the rest time elapses you can serve and that's it.
  7. Add your favorite toppings such as chocolate syrup, caramel, dried fruit or any of your preference
