Cucumber is a vegetable that is widely used in different dishes and provides great antioxidant benefits to combat the damage produced within the body

Today, we will leave you this delicious recipe very easy and quick to make. It is ideal for accompanying other dishes at lunch.



Step by Step

  1. For the salad, peel the cucumber, cut to remove the seeds and then cut into small cubes.
  2. Clean the radish, remove the leaves, wash and cut into slices.
  3. Peel the shallot and finely chop.
  4. In a large bowl, add the cucumber, concassé tomato, radish, shallot, and mint leaves. Mix and reserve.
  5. For the vinaigrette, place in a bowl the lime juice, the sala, the cumin seeds and the cumin powder, the chaat masala.
  6. Mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are well integrated. Drizzle with the olive oil and mix again.
  7. Serve the salad on a plate and dress with the vinaigrette
