Include protein in your plate with Indian Eggs

Eggs are an excellent source of protein that we can include in our diet at all times. Now you can add it to your lunch with this delicious recipe

Today we will explain how to make these delicious curry eggs to complement your lunches and enjoy a very simple and different dish from the ordinary.

The recipe is made for 4 people and takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare.


Step by Step

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a pot. Place the eggs in a colander and, when it boils, cook 5-6 minutes, depending on the size of the eggs, so that the yolk is soft.
  2. Remove the eggs, immerse them in cold water, peel them and reserve them in warm water.
  3. Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil and, when soft, add the grated apple. Move to the heat for a few minutes, add the curry and mix.
  4. Add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes, add the broth and cook for 10 more minutes, check and rectify the seasoning. Serve the eggs over the hot sauce and topped with more sauce. Accompany, if you like, with white rice.
