Caramelized onions is an extremely easy recipe to prepare, plus you can combine it with many dishes to give it that sweet touch and bring out all the flavors. It is especially delicious with red meats and chicken, so you can garnish your best cuts of meat with this succulent recipe.


Yellow onion is best for caramelizing, a process that occurs over low heat and adding a small amount of sugar, which gives a nice touch to dishes, enhances a potato omelet or enhances a risotto.
