550 g Chopped mushrooms
300 ml Extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1 Cayenne (optional)
1 leaf Laurel
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 clove Garlic, cut into two pieces
Salt to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Step by Step
The first thing we will do is clean the mushrooms well with a damp cloth to remove any remaining dirt or dirt.
We put a casserole over medium heat with all the ingredients and cook for 25 minutes, stirring from time to time and ensuring that the oil does not exceed 100ºC at any time. If we have a kitchen thermometer, it is time to use it.
We serve them immediately, as is or sprinkled with a little chopped fresh parsley. Those that are not going to be consumed at the moment we keep them in a hermetically sealed jar and covered with the cooking oil.
