This has caused that, among many other things, vegan fast food options appear, also known colloquially as "junk food".

If you like hamburgers a lot but at the same time you want to take care of your health, here you have a healthy option that is very easy to prepare.




400 gr. cooked chickpeas

275 gr. firm tofu

250 gr. raw mushrooms

40 gr. black olives

½ onion

50 gr. whole wheat bread

4 c.c. sweet paprika

2 c.c. turmeric

1 c.c. ginger

1 c.c. oregano

1 c.c. thyme

1 c.c. rosemary

1 pinch of nutmeg

1 pinch of white pepper

1 pinch of black pepper

1 c.c. of salt


Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry them with a little olive oil. Meanwhile, we drain the tofu well, undo it with our fingers and add it to the sauce. We will cook over medium heat until the tofu has lost all the water.

In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork, add the sofrito, the sliced black olives and the spices. We add the breadcrumbs little by little as we mix.

If necessary, we can add more breadcrumbs until the dough is manageable and consistent enough to form the burgers.

We take portions of dough of 150 gr. and we shape it into a hamburger.
