Your new addiction in the afternoon. Star anise tea

This tea is a very effective home remedy to treat digestive problems such as gas, as well as take care of your health and strengthen the immune system.

Among its components we can find proteins, fiber, carbohydrates and healthy fats. Contains vitamin C, and minerals such as magnesium, calcium and iron
To take full advantage of its benefits there is no better option than to prepare it in a tea or infusion.

Today we will explain a simple recipe for how to make a star anise tea



1. In a pot, bring the cup of water to a boil and then add the star anise.
2. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes over low heat.
3. Remove from heat and leave covered, resting for 2 more minutes.
4. Strain the liquid and you can enjoy the infusion.
5. It is advisable to consume it 2 times a day, after lunch or dinner and no more than a week in a row.
6. If the problems persist, it is better to see a specialist.

If you want to add a different touch, you can incorporate a small amount of ginger zest into the cooking that also improves the digestive system and is recommended for respiratory conditions.
