Sophie regularly uploads videos showing off her fitness moves as a part of her fitness series on Instagram titled ShopieFit. This time around, she made her legs and glutes workout a part of the series. The former VJ and singer announced that it’s her way of kicking off her birthday month. What an inspiring lady!

These are the 4 pilates moves Sophie wants you all to try out:
1. Squat to adduction
This move is basically a pilates version of the sumo squat. What makes it more impactful is the movement. Pilates works on the principle of adding more movement to an exercise which helps in increasing the contraction of muscles.
